How To Order Vintage Kimono

East West Kimono Gallery is currently accepting the following methods for payment. The preferred method for payment is PayPal, however bank checks, or money orders are also welcome. For orders outside of the U.S., PayPal is preferred, optional methods are, international postal money orders, or checks in USD written on a US bank.

Textiles are usually sent out the day that the full payment is received plus any shipping and insurance costs.

Shipment options are United States Post Office Priority Mail, with delivery at two to three business days, or UPS for overnight orders. For overseas shipments, we use the United States Post Office's Global Express Mail. All shipments are insured. Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from East West Kimono Gallery, you are entitled to a refund of the full price of the item. All returns must be sent back to East West Kimono Gallery within five business days of receipt of your purchase. Unfortunately, shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
